Mobility in the academy - rules and procedures
A person who has obtained the status of a student in accordance with the law has the right to mobility. At the moment of mobility, the student must have completed 2 (two) active semesters in the primary higher education institution.
List of documents to be submitted for a person wishing to move:
√ Information about student status;
√ duly certified copies of all legal acts determining student status;
√ student study card (mark sheet);
√ Copy of identity document;
√ a notarized copy of the document confirming the completion of the previous educational level (in case of mobility for the bachelor's degree - a notarized copy of the certificate or its copy;
√ A copy of the document confirming being on military registration (for sons who are citizens of Georgia);
√ Photograph (3X4) – printed 2 (two) pieces and electronic version on CD;
Recognition of credits
The receiving higher educational institution recognizes the credits based on the documentation submitted by the student - in the personal file. The receiving higher educational institution makes the appropriate decision on the recognition of the credits accumulated by the mobility applicant.
