📍 From March 1, 2024, the new law "On Personal Data Protection" entered into force, which regulates issues related to personal data protection in a new way and imposes important obligations on data processors.
📍The purpose of the training is to create basic knowledge about the legislation regulating personal data protection, as a result of which the participants will be able to use the acquired knowledge in their daily activities, evaluate data processing processes, analysis and compliance with the legislation.
📍At the training, together with theoretical issues, practical cases will be discussed, which will help the participants in the proper management of personal data processing processes.

Sofio Shamugia - invited expert - trainer, who has many years of experience working in the supervisory body of personal data protection and has taken an important part in the process of developing the new law "On Personal Data Protection".

⭕ special rules for personal data processing;
⭕ The rights of the data subject and the grounds for their limitation;
⭕ Obligations of the person responsible for processing and the person authorized for processing (including data protection impact assessment, special representative and others);
Institute of Personal Data Protection Officer and others.
