Free Academy of Tbilisi has a structural unit - examination center, which is responsible for the process of administration of midterm and final exams. The examination center carries out its activities in accordance with the regulations and ensures the integrity of the assessment.

The functions of the examination center are:

provision of relevant environmental factors for the examination process;

arranging and organizing intermediate, final and additional exams in the academy;

monitoring the examination process, evaluating and in order to correct the identified deficiencies, developing appropriate recommendations and presenting them to the management;

Timely and complete delivery of exam-related information to persons participating in the exam process;

Ensuring that appeal processes are conducted transparently;

protection of confidentiality of examination matters;

preparation of materials for intermediate, final, additional exams, at least one week before the exams;

handing over the exam papers/tests to the head of the training course after the end of the exam;

Entering exam results (student evaluations) into the electronic database of educational process management.
